Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2023

1. Operational Scope

By engaging Pacific Apex Logistics, the client agrees to standard routing protocols as dictated by our Port of Long Beach facility guidelines. All heavy pallet cross-docking is subject to prior capacity approval.

2. Liability Limitations

While we maintain rigorous ISO 9001:2015 standards, Pacific Apex is not liable for manufacturing delays caused by force majeure events affecting major freight corridors. Fuel surcharges for expedited routing will be billed dynamically.

3. Agreement Modification

We reserve the right to modify staging protocols and terms to comply with maritime and industrial safety regulations. Continued use of our facilities constitutes acceptance.
